Refund policy

General Policies

Please handle any items you wish to return or exchange with care. In addition to being unused, the item must be kept in its original condition and packaging.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs while the item is in your possession, and we reserve the right to reject your return or exchange request if the product is returned damaged.

For hygiene reasons, and in accordance with Consumer Protection Authority regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any type of underwear once it has been opened or tried on.

Any free gifts that were included with your purchase must also be returned if you are returning the main product.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or incorrect item, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable delivery charges. The incorrect item must be returned promptly in its original condition.

 

Exchange Policy

You may request a product exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact our Customer Service team at 19353 during working hours to coordinate the exchange and confirm product availability.

Exchanges require a valid purchase invoice and are subject to stock availability.

Exchanges can be processed either in-store or online, but must be coordinated with Customer Service in both cases.

A new shipping fee will be charged for exchanged items.

 

Return & Refund Policy

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement, provided that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Promotional items are subject to campaign-specific conditions, and may not follow the standard return window.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the refund will be issued after deducting the original delivery costs.

To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received, with all original packaging.

You must present the original purchase invoice.

 

Return Process:

Call our Customer Service team at 19353 to request a return and provide the required details.

You will receive an email with return confirmation and instructions.

A courier will contact you to confirm pickup.

The return will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, contact Customer Service at 19353 within 24 hours of order confirmation.

If you paid by credit or debit card and cancel within the allowed time frame, we will refund your payment as quickly as possible.

However, we are not responsible for any delays in the bank’s processing time for refunds.

After the 24-hour window, cancellations are no longer accepted — you will need to follow the standard return process outlined above. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
